Built to survive your security review.

Six controls, on from day one. Each customer runs on its own deployment.

  • Tenant isolation

Every customer runs in a dedicated, isolated tenant. No shared model state, ever.

  • Guaranteed data residency

Data is processed and stored in the region you require, in the EU, the US or elsewhere, and never leaves it.

  • Immutable audit log

Every assumption, override and result is versioned and attributable to a named user.

  • SSO and role-based access

SAML/OIDC single sign-on, SCIM provisioning, and permissions down to the line item.

  • Explainable by construction

Every number traces back to its inputs and formula. Nothing is generated without lineage.

  • Your data stays yours

Customer data is never used to train shared models. Retention and deletion stay under your control.

The questions procurement asks first.Short answers. Ask us for the long ones.

Where does this sit in our tech stack?

Fluxion can hold your forecasts, budgets, plans and long-range plans itself. With a typical customer, though, it connects to what you already run (consolidation, ERP, EPM and operational systems) and stitches it all together into one executable model of your business. Against that model you run simulations, what-if questions, scenarios, analyses and automated reporting.

Do we have to replace our planning system?

No. Fluxion connects to the systems you already run and builds the model on top of them, so it sits alongside your existing stack rather than replacing it.

How long does implementation take?

About a week to a meaningful model. The engagement we need from your side is two to four hours. The long pole is usually agreeing the definitions your business units currently disagree on, not moving the data.

How do we know an answer is right?

Because no number in an answer is written by a language model: the AI decides which calculation answers your question, and a deterministic engine runs it against your agreed definitions. Every answer carries the definition, inputs, assumptions and timestamp it used, so you can re-run it without any AI in the path and get the same figure.

We already use Claude / Copilot / Gemini as our front door for AI. How does this compare?

They can stay the front door; you choose the interface. Those are general-purpose assistants: when they answer a numerical question, the language model itself reads your data and produces the figure, which is often close, sometimes wrong, different each time, and impossible to check. In Fluxion the AI never does the maths; it translates your question into your governed logic, and a deterministic engine computes the answer. Fluxion has its own interface, but your existing assistant can sit in front and use Fluxion in the background. Either way, the numbers come from the engine, not the model.

Which AI models sit behind it?

Your choice. Fluxion is model-agnostic: we support all major model providers and key open-weight models. Bring your own model with your own API keys, or use models provisioned through Fluxion, in which case we guarantee data residency (prompts never leave the agreed region and never reach the AI labs) and that nothing is ever used for training.

Is our data used to train models?

No. Customer data is never used to train shared models, every customer runs in an isolated tenant, and retention and deletion stay under your control.

What about data that only lives in spreadsheets?

Drag and drop it in. Anything that lives outside your connected systems (a price-elasticity study in Excel, a benchmark file) can be uploaded as-is and used alongside the connected data. Once inside, all data is treated the same way: versioned, governed and traceable.

What maintenance does it require from us?

None, beyond the initial integrations for IT. Fluxion is a fully managed service: no servers, upgrades or patches. The only thing your team maintains is the business content itself: the models, logic and assumptions.
